Great time with my wife, on a VERY rainy night but thankfully under cover at the Rose Music Center in Huber Heights, Ohio. The Marshall Tucker Band opened for the legendary ( and still great) George Thorogood and The Destroyers. It was a great time and a great rock show.
Finally, an overnight in Wheeling, WV before heading home. Visited Coleman's Fish Market- twice- while there, walked the suspension bridge and explored town. Always a fun place to visit
We stayed for three days in Maryland at Rocky Gap. Had a great time, cooler and more rain then Virginia Beach but good food, music and great times plus that lake was beautiful
We got in the car and drove to Virginia Beach for 4 days by the sea. A favorite place and a good alternative to Florida due to the high gas prices. Had a wonderful time, and mostly good weather ( one partially rainy day). It was good to hang out by the sea.
Its that time of year. Saw the first Great Blue Heron on the year which saw me first, and seeing baby ducks and geese here. Everything is blooming here, it's a wonderful time of year in Ohio!
Part of a motorcycle ride on a beautiful Sunday morning. Always a very cool place and in fact we I'll be returning with the Mrs. this afternoon. Cool critters and excellent eats.
Got out to Louisville , Bowling Green, much of Southern Indiana including Madison over a 4 day trip. Visited family and friends while there and explored historical sites.
Spent a few wonderful days at Rising Sun Casino with my wife. A favorite place to go this early in the Christmas season. They really good out with displays and things to do over the holiday. There, you have no doubt it's Christmas. Surrounding area lights up after Thanksgiving, but here is a light preview. We will be back this holiday season!

This beautiful Blue Heron made a visit to the lakes yesterday, and I was lucky to be there!
Returned to the lakes last night, this beautiful bird is a welcome sight here. Fun living by the lakes where we can see so many wonderful creatures.
While taking a walk after the Indiana trip, came across the bird. Cool sequence came from this, lot to said for being at the right place at the right time.
Got out to Rising Sun, Aurora and Lawrenceburg, Indiana for a few days. Wonderful time and enjoyed the sights there.
Great time at Virginia Beach, for the NAS Oceana Air Show. We went to the Friday practice show after arriving the previous day. Awesome flying and a great time. Saw the Saturday and Sunday show from the hotel and the beach.
In-between good eats and beautiful sunrises. Weather held the entire four days. Pretty much an annual visit and a great time.
Went to see the Dayton Fountains yesterday. We thought it a very good idea since we haven't this year as well as Labor Day is the last day they are on till next Memorial Day!
Beautiful as always, especially so at night, but enjoyed the visit at Deeds Park to see them. Also at the park this very unique building which is certainly one of a kind
